Logo
          The Walt Disney logo is a uniquely defined logo which speaks its own language. The stylized version of its founder’s signature is its own identity. Besides, it also provides the parents with the descent and quality entertainment it gives to the young.

          The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise with four business segments: media networks, parks and resorts, studio entertainment and consumer products.


Target market



        Walt and Roy Disney started this company not to satisfy every consumer’s needs, but simple “To make people happy.” This quickly segmented the Walt Disney Company’s market into children till the age of about twelve.
          The Walt Disney Co.'s decision to launch a wireless service aimed at its best customers pre-teen children and their families have focused a spotlight on two significant industry trends: the growing segmentation of services marketing and a fascination with the hottest of those segments, the youth market.


Positioning


         Walt Disney had many ideas that helped the Walt Disney Company gain the strength of having such a tremendous foothold in the market to this day; The Walt Disney Company is the second largest media and entertainment corporation in the world, after Time Warner, according to Forbes. In a report by Datamonitor (2007) the Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries, is a diversified entertainment company. It owns media networks as well as parks and resorts. It also makes movies and markets consumer products.


Branding



          One of the important aspects of branding are clear differences in the way that put themselves out of competition with other brands that is brand communication as well as the Disney brand which has the slogan   “Where Dream Come True”. I think this slogan makes many people want to come into contact with this brand.
          The main purpose of communication for branding is provide consumers with real knowledge about the brand which if consumers have a well-known brand will affect the purchasing decisions of consumers in the end. The Walt Disney Company is strong brand image because they can make consumers awareness of the brand is benefits and value to them highly.
